Orchard Manor Apartments Suites offer exceptionally high quality guest accommodation with a personal touch in an informal and relaxing environment.
It is located in Cornwall at the gateway of the Roseland Peninsula, five miles from Truro and eight miles from St Austell, pretty well at the centre of Cornwall; 20 minutes drive to either coast, St Mawes and Newquay, Padstow is 30 minutes drive, Mevagissey, approximately, 10 minutes. My favourite spot - I like to sit there with a bag of chips on the quay and watch the Harbour Lights flickering in the water in this beautiful little fishing village.
Plymouth is one hours drive; Lands End is also approximately one-hour drive.

The combination of peace and tranquillity, jacuzzi baths, steam rooms/cabinets, 50 inch Panasonic televisions with free view, All for your pleasure, make these properties an ideal all year round romantic retreat.
We are also pleased to cater for those Special Occasions: Nigel is happy to arrange special bouquets, chocolates, champagne or wine to be in your room upon arrival for that special occasion.To enhance any holiday and are particularly nice for honeymoons, anniversaries or birthdays.
As we say in Cornwall the kettle is always on , so if you fancy cup of tea or a cup coffee, or milk or fresh orange juice for your children, these are supplied free of charge.
For long-term travellers, a laundry service is available for a small fee.

This luxury Studio Apartment has a king size double bed, en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, Power Shower Cabinet and Steamroom, bidet, marble-floor & walls, underfloor heating. Beautiful Chippendale furniture etc., French doors with beautiful views over open countryside, with access to the patio. Free Coffee and tea making facilities are provided, also 50 inch plasma colour television with free view, telephone with a free wireless internet access for laptops,
Power shower and steam room, if you're feeling a little cold the steam rooms is absolutely lovely
A little private Patio area, where you can sit and relax outside and enjoy the views with a nice cup of tea or coffee, or just look at the horses in the fields or maybe if you are lucky a few pheasants.
A little Kitchen, is available just in case you fancy a night in, to cook something tasty.
A lovely leather corner suite, with two recliners, relax and put your feet up, read the paper, listen to some music, or watch the 50 inch plasma television with free view, the choice is yours.

There is room for put you up beds for children and carrying cot's
Children reductions apply only when sharing room with two full paying adults.
When sharing, children, £29.50 per night, three nights or more discounted to £20 per night. Free if under 3 years.
Children occupying their own room are charged at full adult rate.

If you fancy Free cooked breakfast, we will bring the breakfast into your Apartment Suite. This consist of fresh fruit juices, cereals, cooked breakfast, sausage wrapped in bacon, egg , bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans, hash browns, all roasted in the Aga, nothing is fried. Not even the eggs, as we say in Cornwall, Caw it's handsome yeo!! Toast and marmalade and tea or coffee.
We have a no smoking policy in Orchard Manor.
All laptops can have FREE wireless internet access. any where in Orchard Manor.
In the event of cancellation less than 21 days prior to date of arrival, we reserve the right to charge for the accommodation in full unless we are able to re-let. We advise guests to insure against cancellation.

There is free parking in the driveway; Also there is a free village carpark for larger vehicles just a two minute Walk from Orchard Manor.

"Where can you stay in Cornwall for a B&B with two grown up children in tow, when the Eden Project is high on your agenda for a must-do visit? At five days' notice we booked in to Nigel Orchard's gallery apartment for five days, and were overwhelmed by the welcome and attention given to us, and the modern, state-of-the art, apartment which we enjoyed. Probus is easy to find between St Austell & Truro, and is convenient for all of Cornwall's attractions. The country views from the apartment were pleasant, and the walks around Probus easy to find. The local Inn, Indian Restaurant and Fish & Chip shop catered for us superbly for four of our evening meals. Our only criticism was that the internet router had a weak variable signal, which didn't prevent contact with the outside world for long. Orchard Manor was a lovely surprise for me. It has the most wonderful rural views and is so quiet and peaceful. This I have to say was a real selling point for me as I am on the road selling as a rep and to get out of the hustle and bustle of traffic towns and cities, was a real treat. The service was outstanding, the rooms clean, bathrooms very modern and the breakfast was brilliant. Fabulous chef!
