I thought I would enter a few dive organisations, & information site, as I'm a rescue diver myself. Cornwall is a beautiful place to dive, if you have a dry suit; it’s a bit cold for me nowadays, I would rather be in Andaman Sea off Thailand where the temperature of the water is 29 degrees at 30 metres deep, thats what I call heaven.

All rooms have en suites except the family rooms 3 & 4,The Daffodil Suite, which have a family bathroom and All rooms have colour 19' flat screen TV, with Free view, DVD/CD, Player tea and coffee making facilities and telephones with free wireless internet access.

Two rooms have patio doors leading directly on to the balcony.

All rooms have access to the balcony, with fantastic views over open countryside.

Daily bed and breakfast per person per night.

All rooms double occupancy bed and breakfast, £98.00 per night, £49.00 each. See Special offers!

Plus £49.00 per additional person if staying in the same room.

Family suite , two separate rooms, £178 per night, £44.50 each, Sleeps 4 persons, Utilses two separate rooms, a double bed in one room and two single beds in the other & a family bath room.

Single occupancy-bed and breakfast, in a double room, sorry, we do not have any single rooms, but rooms are discounted to, £95.00 p/night .

Children reductions apply only when sharing room with two full paying adults.

When sharing, children, £44.50 per night. Free if under 3 years.

Children occupying their own room are charged at full adult rate.

Why not upgrade to a Suite? You can enjoy all the same facilities as a standard room, plus a separate Lounge area with 50 inch plasma televisions & a Kitchen, it is nice if you fancy something to nibble in the evenings, We have Three Suites available, Studio Apartment suite sleeps two, Blue Bell Apartment suite sleeps two with wheelchair access and the Penthouse Gallery Family Apartment suite sleeps four. There is a 2.5% charge on Credit Cards, 3.5% on American express Credit Cards - No charge on Debit cards.

Please note that any breakages, loss or damage during your stay will also result in a charge to your card.

In the event of a no show or a cancellation, we reserve the right to charge for the accommodation in full unless we are able to re-let. We advise guests to insure against cancellation. Just in case you're taken sick or family problems, it is better to pay a few pounds for some insurance, than Lose your booking payment. So please insure against cancellation's


I hate to charge people for cancellations, but you must remember if you book a room or suite, we have a live booking service which we closed rooms or suites down, we are turning other people away who would like to stay here, we still have to pay for all of our overheads, if you need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible so we can reopen the rooms or suites, please insure against cancellations, thank you.

Parking
There is free parking in the driveway; Also there is a free village carpark for larger vehicles just a two minute Walk from Orchard Manor.

We have no undercover parking for Cyclists and Motorcyclists, but you are all very Welcome

"Where can you stay in Cornwall for a B&B with two grown up children in tow, when the Eden Project is high on your agenda for a must-do visit? At five days' notice we booked in to Nigel Orchard's gallery apartment for five days, and were overwhelmed by the welcome and attention given to us, and the modern, state-of-the art, apartment which we enjoyed. Probus is easy to find between St Austell & Truro, and is convenient for all of Cornwall's attractions. The country views from the apartment were pleasant, and the walks around Probus easy to find. The local Inn, Indian Restaurant and Fish & Chip shop catered for us superbly for four of our evening meals. Our only criticism was that the internet router had a weak variable signal, which didn't prevent contact with the outside world for long. Orchard Manor was a lovely surprise for me. It has the most wonderful rural views and is so quiet and peaceful. This I have to say was a real selling point for me as I am on the road selling as a rep and to get out of the hustle and bustle of traffic towns and cities, was a real treat. The service was outstanding, the rooms clean, bathrooms very modern and the breakfast was brilliant. Fabulous chef!
